About the hobby...
Over the last few years there has been a real
resurgence of slot car racing and collecting.
Of course many enthusiasts have been supporting
the hobby for a long time. However it seems
that the combination of the investment made
by manufacturers in their new products and
the technology which enables communities of
collectors and racers to share their knowledge
and experiences, and to acquire a wide range
of specialist products more readily, has been
the catalyst for this boon. Indeed, the prices
which some collectors cars have been achieving
is also testament to the current levels of
interest in the hobby.
Creating fantastic layouts which are mini
replicas of real racing circuits is possible
now with the products which are available
to the modeller. A big free space is not necessarily
a requirement either, with innovative ways
to store layouts. Anyway, that's the beauty
of this hobby because it's great fun whether
you have a large permanent track or a set
you get out to use when you feel like it.
It appeals to people of all different types
and ages and is a fantastic hobby to be involved
in, at whatever level. The products which
are available now are amazing and everybody
should try it; it's an excellent way for all
the family to participate and unlike other
hobbies it is not necessarily that expensive
to get started. Buying a set is often the
best way to get going, because manufacturers
will heavily subsidise the cost. You can then
go on to add to your collection of cars (all
cars in the range will run on Scalextric track)
enhance the circuit with accessories, or even
start to build the scenery, its just great
fun!!!

We have made a big investment in our technology
and hopefully the site and extensive product
range, which we are adding to all the time,
will have appeal for everybody. We know customers
have differing requirements, so if you think

to hear from you, we are constantly learning
and would value your input. So please send
us an email; we will always consider your
suggestions. Although we try and answer all
emails, due to the high demand at peak times,
replies can take up to 48 hours. If we don't
get back to you straight away, please try
to bear with us in this respect. We aim to
provide good old fashioned customer service
which is second to none.
We do carry a large amount of stock, so we
do aim to fulfil orders rapidly, any product
which has an availability of 'Now' means that
99.9% of the time it is in stock and ready
to dispatch. Any items which are out of stock
we will endeavour to supply as quickly as

Opening
Although orders can be placed online 24
hours a day, 365 days a year, our telephone
hotline and dispatch departments will be closed
from 12 noon on December 24th until January
