We
have 2 new cars and two new sets from Scalextric including the first
batch of the 2005 Batmobile, taken from the recent 'Batman Begins'
movie. The batmobile, which wasn't expected until mid August, looks
great in it's matt black finish; although smaller than 1:32nd you'll
understand why they went for a change of scale if you've seen the
film. The actual car is immense and to make it any bigger would
mean that it wouldn't fit on the track. We haven't yet received
out full allocation of Batmobiles yet but we will endevour to fulfil
the outstanding pre-orders in chronological order. We expect more
stock very soon. Also new is the Porsche 911 GT3R 'Gruppe M' which
makes a great addition to the Scalextric Porsche range.
The two new sets are the 'Powerslide Drift Set' which is a figure
8 set that contains two of the new 'Drift' cars that can go a full
360° skid on the track without de-slotting, and the Batman Begins
Micro Scalextric 1:64 scale set, a great fun set for fans and collectors
of all ages. Check them out...
