The website is automatically updated with stock levels and unlike other websites, has a real time stock system, so if a product is marked as being available 'Now', it is available at that time. If you are a new customer then just put the products in your basket and then checkout, you will register as part of your first order. Returning customers login first to retrieve your details.

When you place the order on our secure checkout buy clicking the ORDER NOW button and you receive confirmation then the order has been placed and subject to payment the items are secured.

Products are either in stock and available now, available to order (i.e. on back order) or available to pre-order. Because sometimes it can be difficult to make a firm estimate of when pre-order or back order items will be available, you will not be charged for them at the time you checkout, only when they are dispatched to you. You can notify us at anytime prior to dispatch to cancel an order you have placed for a pre-order item.

With items which are on back order, we try to make realistic estimates as to when they will be available and we always try to achieve them. However sometimes it is completely out of our control and we will notify you if there is an unusual delay and possibly, if appropriate, suggest an alternative.

Prices are correct at the time they are published; the price at the time of order is the price you will pay for the product regardless of any subsequent price changes. Inside the EU prices are including VAT, if you are outside the EU click the link on the product to change to VAT free prices.

Returns & refunds

So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 10 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging together with the receipt and reason for return. • Chistmas Delivery - Last day for Christmas shipping is December 22nd. If your order is for a Christmas present, we STRONGLY recommend that you select Premium Delivery. Standard Recorded delivery is not a guaranteed service.

• Standard
We do offer free postage and packing to the UK*, something to bear in mind if you are comparing prices. Standard delivery for most items is via Royal Mail. Although pretty good most of the time (4 - 7 days), this can vary and it can be sooner, but Royal Mail will not be guarantee delivery times and we do have to allow 14 working days before they will look for any missing deliveries. Delivery to a convenient address can be specified during the order process. If an order is placed before 12 noon we do always try to dispatch the next day or same day if possible. Items from an order may be dispatched separately depending on availability, we may choose to delay a dispatch within reason in order to combine items or orders in a single delivery.
* Heavier Items (over 1.25 Kg) to non mainland areas of the UK (inc. Northern Ireland) may incur a small supplement.

• Postal Insurance
For only £2 we offer postal insurance to fully cover each dispatch we send to you. It is included FOC in the premium delivery. Please select Postal Insurance to cover your delivery against loss or damage in transit. If you do chose the free standard delivery option (above), then your delivery will NOT be insured against loss or damage in transit.

• Guaranteed Premium via Courier
We are continuing to offer free UK delivery, however we do want to take this opportunity to stress that this Royal Mail delivery option is not a guaranteed service.

With this in mind we do want to draw your attention to the premium service we offer (UK Only). It is only £3.99 and we think it represents brilliant value. This is a service we subsidise, we make no margin on this service and it is simply because of the volume of parcels that we send that we can achieve this price. You get fully insured and next working day delivery for up to 10 KG. Parcels are sent via ParcelForce which is a very reliable and trackable next working day delivery service. So if you want your orders insured and in guaranteed time we would ask that you consider giving this option a try. You can select to turn on the 'Premium Delivery' option at the checkout or in the 'My Account' section. It can be turned off again at any time in the My Account' section. Dispatches of 100 GBP or over will automatically be sent via a premium service (2 working day service), at no extra cost. Please note that there is a suppliment on this service to UK non mainland and Scotish Highland customers of 6.50GBP (which will be added before dispatch and will not show in your basket total). This applies to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and UK offshore.

EUROPE
Delivery starts at 6.50 GBP for the first car, each additional car add 1.00 GBP (any cars or equivalent weight). Any supplement for weight and size will be charged at cost. Typical delivery times are 3 - 5 working days.

Example 2: Parcel weighing 2 Kilo containing Seven cars world cost £12.50

All Parcels sent into Europe are despatched via Signed For Airmail and will require a signature.

REST OF WORLD, US & CANADA, ETC.
We charge very reasonable rates for worldwide shipping, all parcels sent registered and insured airmail. Typical delivery times are 5 - 7 working days. Please select Postal Insurance if you want your deliery to be insured again loss or damage in transit.

Weee Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

GetSlotted is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought a new Powerbase (Scalextric, Ninco etc) from us we would accept their old Powerbase (Scalextric, Ninco etc) and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin.
